Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Shipping took 11 days, all came in a soft package with bubbles, with three gaskets (third-spare), plugs and couplings. The showerhead itself is so called silk surface (to the touch it is very pleasant), the plastic bracket is ordinary, but good as the mechanism of switching three modes of watering can and about five positions of the bracket. Nothing hangs, it switches easily with a slight click. Water spray is wide, comfortable, the water flows perfectly, smoothly, capturing a large area. The Black metal hose is long enough for a standard bath, no longer hose necessary. Nothing flows from the joints, the seals are good, brass inserts in the hose are 4 + out of 5, in general good. I am completely satisfied with the goods and the store
